You just specify the words and phrases that may occur in the body of the Microsoft Outlook e-mail message and imply an attachment ("see attachments", "see attachment", "in attachment", "the file attached" etc.) and add these words to the Key words list. Attachment Alarm for Microsoft Outlook add-in scans all outgoing e-mail messages and if it finds words or phrases from the Key words list, it raises the alarm and suggests inserting an attachment in a Microsoft Outlook message.

Office 2010 SP1 released

Office 2010 SP1 consists of cumulative and public updates to date for the various applications that are part of the Office suite. Many previously released hotfixes for Outlook are included in SP1. New fixes include the ability to set an account as the default sending account, snooze times now include "minutes before" as in older versions.
