Microsoft Exchange Server is a very expensive software (also in terms of maintenance) and because of that we especially bear in mind those clients, who use Microsoft Outlook on a daily basis but don't have the Exchange Server. For them we have created a software called CodeTwo Public Folders, which synchronizes data between the Outlooks within the network.

CodeTwo Outlook Export

CodeTwo Outlook Export is a free tool for exporting data from Microsoft Outlook to CSV text files. The program allows exporting much more data than offered by the built-in export feature in Outlook, allowing the export of non-standard user-defined fields from Outlook and is quicker and easier to use. Data can be exported from folders of all types, such as: Contacts, Calendar, E-mail, Post, Tasks, Journal, Notes.

CodeTwo CatMan

CodeTwo CatMan allows sharing of Outlook categories with other users on the local network and manage them in an easy way. Installing CodeTwo CatMan on machines on the local network and using a shared configuration file, one can very easily create a mechanism for centralized management of shared Outlook categories in the network.

CodeTwo PST Ghostbuster

CodeTwo PST Ghostbuster is a free tool for removing duplicated PST files (ghost files) from Outlook. In some cases the PST file can appear twice in Outlook. Its contents are then shown twice on the folder list and in other folder views, which can make work much harder. Thanks to CodeTwo PST Ghostbuster, the duplicated PST file can be easily fixed and removed from the profile.
