CodeTwo Outlook Export is an easy to use free tool for exporting data from Microsoft Outlook to CSV text files. The program makes it possible to export much more data than the built-in export functionality in Outlook, it allows you to export user-defined properties from Outlook items and is quicker and easier to use. Data can be exported from folders of all types: Contact, Calendar, E-mail, Post, Task, Journal, Notes.
After installing the program, a new icon appears on the standard tool bar in Outlook. When you click on it, it runs the program CodeTwo Outlook Export. It can also be launched by selecting the command CodeTwo Outlook Export - data export from the Tools menu.
In the program CodeTwo Outlook Export the user can select either to export data of all items in the present folder, or to export only selected items. The user also chooses a target file CSV to which data will be exported and a separator of fields in file CSV and text qualifier.
