If I Bcc a distribution list, can anyone in the distribution list hit Reply
To All and then everyone will get their reply? If so, is there a way to stop
this?

I am trying NOT to have a contact's email address show when you send an
email (using the Display As field), but I'm not sure their email is
completely 'hidden' from everyone...is it? I think there's a way to go into
the HEADER and find it, correct?

if you BCC a messsage, the BCC recpients are not in the header. It truely is
not possible for the recipients to gain access to BCC recipients.

And as such, a Reply All to a BCC list would go soley to the sender....or
any other addresses in the "To:" or "CC:" fields.

Chris is absolutely correct. However, if the user is still not comfortable
with this (by all means create a test dist list and test it out), doing a
Mail Merge may be an option.
