I can send e-mails, but not receive any. I've chatted with McAfee to see if
there's a problem with the security blocking the e-mail server from accessing
my computer, but they haven't been able to help me.

There must be some kind of setting or something that I don't know about. If
anyone recognizes this problem, please contact me!

McAfee Spamkiller has a nasty habit of deleting all your incoming email. You
must uninstall it if you have Security Suite. You can't disable it. Use Add
remove in Cntl panel to uninstall. If you just have antivirus, disable it
temporarily and see if you can get mail. Send an email to yourself to check.
