I have a client who has 5 users. Each user has an email address set up on a POP3/IMAP server I host. There is also a 6th email address called dispatch.

Every user has outlook set up with primary POP3 account as their email, and everyone also has the dispatch account set up as an IMAP account.

I have one user, if she forwards a message from her main account to the dispatch account, and then opens that message from the dispatch inbox, as soon as she closes the email, it immediatly gets marked for deletion with a line through it.

She can open any other email with no problems, even if they were sent from her main account. This ONLY affects emails that are FORWARDED from her account, and then opened by her. If someone else opens it, it gets marked as read, but if she opens it, marked as deleted.

Any idea's why this would be happening?

Thanks for any help
