Can't follow links in outlook due to restrictions on computer [message #483771]

When I try to follow links in outlook email messages, I get a message that
due to the restrictions on the computer links can't be followed. Can anybody
help please.

I know the origional post was a long time ago, but I just encountered this problem today in my Vista Home Prem. and this link and the fix worked!!! I was so happy!!
