Oh yeah, we're supposed to guess if you use SMTP or Exchange as the mail
server, if you've been granted for your account to have external
(off-domain) access to your company's mail server, if they require you
to use Outlook for Web Access via web browser instead of an e-mail
client, or if they require you use VPN to connect to their network to
gain access to their internal mail host.

Ask the IT folks at your company that administer their e-mail server.
They'll know how to set you up for external access to their mail host.

Usually you get one chance per potential respondent to elicit a reply
from them. If they skip your post because you gave them nothing to go
on (no details, no versions, no context), usually they will just move on
