i have selected in Outlook 2003 ti have the Reading Pane on the bottom.
Someone else used my pc at work and now in every new message that arrives i
see a box in Reading Pane that says " Click to download the rest of the
message ".
Is this an option i can uncheck in Outlook ? I wasn't like this before. I
could see the complete message in the Reading Pane.

Could you please advise ?

While viewing that folder, press ALT-CTRL-S to open the Send/Receive Groups
dialogue. Select your send/receive group (probably "All Accounts") and
click Edit. Make sure the radio button labeled "Download complete item
including attachments" is chosen.
