i HAVE RECEIVED A PDF FILE - INVITE - AS AN ATTACHMENT, BUT WANT IT TO SHOW
IN THE EMAIL BODY WHEN I FORWARD IT TO OTHER ADDRESSEES

What I meant to write before the message got accidentally sent off: try
to find a PDF-to-HTML converter; I'm sure there are such things - Google
can display found PDF documents as HTML.
