I have Outlook 2007 setup with my AT&T and Gmail pop accounts. I'm not sure
if the new service pack or my activation of the Text Message Service caused
this but, all of my new incoming emails arrive as read (open envelope). Is
there a way to correct this so that my incoming email arrives as unopened?

Diane:

Thanks I'll make sure to disable the text messaging service. It's buggy
anyway. I wasn't sure what the cause was because I set the text messaging
service up right after I installed the office service pack.
