My wife has a website and sends out regular updates to users of her site who
ask to be added to her email notification. She had Outlook 2003 and sends
out emails to to her members using a an email group in Outlook. She has
received word from several of the newest members that they are not getting
her email newsletters. I'm concerned that there is a numerical limit on the
number of email addresses that can be added to a group in Outlook. Is there
a limit? Thanks, Royston

There is no such limit.

Hi Royston,

how does your wife send this "newsletter".

Does she works with the "BCC" field and with a "Distribution List" (DL)?

This way is not a good way, because Outlook stop sending e-mails after the
first corrupt or unvalid e-mail address in the DL.

Better way:

"Use Outlook's Contacts with Mail Merge"
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/mailmerge.htm

Video presentation:

Maybe it helps.

Most mail server administrators restrict the number of simultaneous
recipients per message. And some isps block emails with multiple recipients
as spam.

Far better to send individual emails using mailmerge or try our email
scheduler (http://www.repeatmail.com) which will allow you to send multiple
individual emails, html or plain text, with attachments, either as a one-off
or regularly at a specified time and interval. The recipients list can be
drawn from your Outlook Contacts, a plain text file, database or spreadsheet.
