I would like to add a confidentially statement automatically to the end of
all outgoing email. I am using Outlook 2007.

You need a mail disclaimer service or software. I have a Barracuda Spam
Firewall hardware device that I use to attach disclaimers. It only attaches
to email going outside the domain so internal emails don't all end up with
the disclaimer. GFI Mail Essentials also has this feature. There are
numerous other ones. The nice thing about using this is you only have to
set it up once instead of putting it in everybody's individual signature.
