Hi, I have a pc that is Outlook 2003, XP Pro all updates.
When in Outlook and trying to print an email (file, print or print icon)
Outlook freezes up and is rendered useless. I have to end task or rebbot the
pc.
I have reloaded office and reloaded print drivers and its still happening.
With all applications closed, did you try deleting/renaming the file named
outlprnt?
(its stored at \Documents and Settings\<USERID>\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook
