Here is my problem. I need to get all my users out a certain program
to perform a certain task. I send an email out to the users to tell
them to get out of the program. The problem is that the users do not
always look at their emails, so they don't get out of the program. I
have created a rule in outlook to pop up a notepad file but this
screen does not always "go to the top" of the windows. Is there a
program or utility that I can put in a rule that will alway come to
the top? (kind of like what task manager does) I would need to be
able to pass a parameter to the popup - something like "Please exit
the YYYYYY program now". Any ideas??
