Hi

Outlook 2003

Each time the connection drops, Outlook switches to "Work Offline". And
when the connection is re-established, I have to manually uncheck "Work
offline". How can I turn this off ?

Thanks

Best

Hello Best,

From your feedback, it seems that the current profile may be somewhat
damaged/corrupt. For your information, I encountered a similar issue
before and finally deleting the old profile and re-creating a new one fixed
the problem. This is the reason why I provide the suggestions in my
previous response. To isolate if it is the same issue on your side, I
recommend you try the second and third suggestions so we can move quickly
towards a resolution.

Your time and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
