We recently updated our Norton Virus and now we cannot send or receive. We
get an error message 0X8004060c.

We had this before and could not fix it so we just got a new computer. Does
anyone have a cheaper alternative.

Uninstall Norton AntiVirus and reinstalling without the mail scanning
feature.

I have exceeded the 2GB size limit on Outlook 2000 and have had the system
crash. After many attempts to revive it, including the repair tool and
truncating the file, it still doesn't fix it. Any suggestions? I did see this
error message while putting it through its 'fix' paces. I can't open the file
to decrease the size as it won't open to do that. Stuck!

There are several companies that will be glad to attempt to repair your PST.
They usually can do a better job that the tools Microsoft provides. Google
for "repair pst"
