A co-worker sent me a message, which is likely to have an Excel file
attachment. She has sent me other messages with Excel file attachements, and
I have received them without problems. Now, I have the message header, I
have the message flagged to download, and I get nothing. In the preview of
the message header, I see ""This is a message header. The full item has not
been downloaded." I have refreshed the view, closed down Outlook and
restarted it, and nothing helps. We are using Exchange 2003 on our network.
I have received general messages from other co-workers since receiving this
message, without problems. The problem is the message, not the email system
in general. How do I force a download, or get the system to tell me what is
wrong with this message?
