SenderOK is the email management software that helps its users save time on email handling. It ranks incoming emails, by sender importance labels the messages as VIP, Important and Routine and places their virtual copies to the corresponding folders.

SenderOK uses its proprietary algorithm to define senders’ priority for a particular user. It takes into account both user behavior and objective global factors, for instance, if many people classify email from a certain sender VIP.

SenderOK lets its users know about emails from priority senders by visual (icon in the system tray) and sound notifications .It creates a map of all unread messages for your Outlook and Web-based email accounts , so users can easily see how many priority email they have to handle at any moment.

SenderOK inserts a photo business card into the email header pane, and groups all messages and attachments from a sender for the users’ convenience.

SenderOK helps its users to spend less time on email handling because it focuses on good email only. Spam does not enter SenderOK virtual folders, so its users spend no time on their preview and removal. Moreover good emails are rescued from the Spam folder, so noteworthy mails will never be lost.

In addition, SenderOK gives its users possibility to exchange virtual business cards with their email contacts. SenderOK users can keep their details always up to date and inform other people about their changes, and also get timely updates on other SenderOK users changes.
