Printing just became simpler with our Print On Demand add-in. Easily print just the attachment associated with an email, without having to open the attachment. Simplifies your access to attachments.

New! Save time: this add-in has been updated to place two buttons on your main Outlook toolbar enabling you to select multiple emails and print just the emails or just the attachments, all without opening the email!

Features of the Print On Demand add in include:

  • Integrates directly into Outlook
  • Easily enable/disable the add-in
  • Installs two new buttons in your email viewer
  • New! Installs two new buttons in your main Outlook toolbar
  • Print the email without the attachment
  • Print the attachment(s) without the email
  • All printed emails include the attachment information
  • New! Allows you to select multiple emails and print them (or just their attachments) without opening each one
  • Coded to avoid the Outlook security prompts
  • Works with Microsoft Outlook 2003, Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2000

The Print On Demand add-in installs two new buttons when you view your email that allow you to 1) print the number of attachments and each attachment's name and 2) print (just) each attachment. These buttons act just like your original print button (which is still there just in case you need it), except that the first one adds the number of attachments (and their names) to the end of the message before printing and the second button prints just the attachments associated with the email. These buttons allow you to overcome the HTML print bug present in Outlook 2000/2002 that prevents attachment icons from being printed.
